Join us on Halloween night from 4 pm to 8 pm for some theme appropriate board game fun! The games that will be featured are Mysterium, One Night Werewolf and Betrayal at House on the Hill. Participation is absolutely free but the fun is priceless! Whether you are experienced in the games or new to them, stop on by. We’ll have you covered.
For those unfamiliar with the games, here is a quick rundown of what they are like.
One person plays a ghost who was unceremoniously murdered! Everyone else is on the case as a paranormal investigator in this cooperative game. But conveying information is not easy for the dead as they can only speak with picture cards that the remaining players have to interpret. Will justice be served or will the ghost be doomed to walk the earth unavenged?
ONE NIGHT WEREWOLF
In this deductive game, each person is dealt a role. It is the job of the players to ferret out who the werewolves are while the lycanthropes try to shift fear and distrust to the other players. Look to the person to the right, to the person to the left, to the person across from you. Who can you trust? This fast-paced game is the perfect way to get to know which friends.
BETRAYAL AT HOUSE ON THE HILL
A group of friends decide to explore an abandoned haunted house. Every game changes as the placement of the rooms are always shifting. At first, it’s all fun and games as you’re collecting items that will help you later on. But then someone snaps! Is it your friend? Is it you? Once one member is corrupted by the house, the game changes. The person who snapped has a mission and everyone else must stop him or her from succeeding.
